Cleaning Manager

The Stamford Endowed Schools are looking to appoint a Cleaning Manager to work across all 3 sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the cleaning service for the schools and developing the team in their support of the busy school environment.

Applicants should be flexible to work across all 3 sites, in line with the requirements of the role. Candidates should have previous experience in managing a diverse cleaning team and familiarity with modern cleaning techniques and standards. The ability to effectively lead and train staff is essential.

Working arrangements are 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
