Drama Students Become Cluedo Characters
Breaking News: Captain Black is dead! “Who dun it?” I hear you say. Who do we call? Inspector Poirot? Sherlock Holmes? Miss Marple? Of course not! Who better to solve the case than those mischievous characters from Cluedo? The Year 13 Drama and Theatre Studies students spent the afternoon untangling the mystery of Captain Black’s death following clues that took them all over the Stamford School site unravelling riddles, deciphering pictures and cracking cryptic clues. Playing as Miss Scarlett, Katherine Gibbons and Sam Robinson solved the case – it was Mrs White in the study with the candlestick! Getting fully into the 1930s swing, the students will be devising parodies of famous detective fiction stories for their A2 final performance examinations.
