Y2 Enjoy Technical Science Lesson
Y2 pupils at Stamford Junior School enjoyed a technical science lesson as they learnt how to dismantle a variety of electrical items. During the lesson, led by Mrs Britton, the children took apart a toaster, VHS recorder, Sky box and computer as part of their electricity topic. The children demonstrated good questioning skills and participated in discussion developing their scientific vocabulary. They enjoyed the practical side of using screwdrivers too. They looked at the circuit boards and had great fun. Mr Campbell was on hand to assist the children and he also showed them the school distribution box.
