Stamford School Boys Take On Charity Walk
On the 14th July, four boys will set off on a 180 mile journey along Offa’s Dyke in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Joe Forsyth, Andrew Patterson, Aidan Nelson and Michael Patterson will be camping each night before setting off on another long day of walking. They aim to raise as much money as possible for CRUK and its amazing work. In 2007, 297,991 people in the UK were diagnosed with cancer, but thankfully over the past 10 years survival rates have increased dramatically as a result of the dedicated research funded by this charity.
