Students Volunteer at Charity Ball

Evergreen care trust ball Sixth Form students have helped the Evergreen Care Trust raise over £5,000. SES students; Emily Blunden, Lois Taylor, Ben Crick, Fraser Norton, Nick Webb and Kayla Borley, were helping at the Trusts' Charity Ball, which for the second year running was held at Greetham Valley Golf Club.

The sixth formers who had given up their evening for the good cause helped out with various activities including greeting guests, being cloakroom attendants, running a tombola, and selling raffle tickets. They all worked extremely hard and made a big difference to the event. Sue Cliffe, the Trust's volunteer coordinator said: "The students were a wonderful team and it wouldn't have been the same without them. Many guests commented on how helpful they had been - a credit to their families and the Stamford Endowed Schools. Our grateful thanks to each and every one of them."
