Strong GCSE Results Complete Another Successful Year at SES 

Girls at Stamford High School and boys at Stamford School are celebrating their results with many excellent individual achievements in their GCSE examinations.

At both schools students achieved impressively high pass rates at the top grades A* or A, the girls achieving 60% and the boys 52%. The percentage of pupils gaining 5 or more GCSEs at C grade or better was a pleasing 96% at both Stamford High School and at Stamford School.

Principal of the Stamford Endowed Schools, Mr Stephen Roberts said:

"We are again celebrating the impressive results of our students. We are extremely proud of their achievements and congratulate them and their teachers on this high level of success. It is clear that these results are the outcome of hard work, careful preparation and excellent teaching and will give all of our students every confidence to go on to further success in the sixth form”.
