Find out about scholarships and bursaries at SES
The Stamford Endowed Schools will be holding an admissions meeting to answer any questions parents might have about their child joining Stamford High School and Stamford School in 2012. In light of the end of the County Scholarship Scheme, the meeting will cover what assistance with fees is available from the Schools. The meeting will take place at Stamford School Hall at 7.30pm on Wednesday 16th November 2011 and is open to all.
Joining a new school can be a daunting prospect for many parents and they will inevitably have many questions they would like to ask. As well as general information on the admissions process and the entrance exam, which takes place on Saturday 21st January 2012, the meeting will address what assistance with fees is available to parents following the end of the County Scholarships Scheme. The Schools have their own scholarships and bursaries programme – which have no catchment restrictions – and information will be given on what they entail and how to apply.
It is hoped that families will join us for this special presentation on admissions and a chance to speak to senior staff members in a relaxed forum. There is no need to book a place, but more information can be obtained by calling 01780 750310 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
