Young Chefs Show Off Culinary Skills
The culinary skills of two Stamford Endowed Endowed Schools sixth formers have placed them highly in the Rotary Young Chef Competition held at Stamford High School. Joe Harrap came second on the evening and George Wrigley-Pheasant placed a creditable fourth, only one mark below third place.
Judging the competition was Chris Pitman from the George Hotel in Stamford, who commented that the high quality of entries made choosing a winner very difficult.
We are extremely proud of Joe and George who showed real passion for their chosen menus and rose to the challenge so well.
