Junior School trip to Hunstanton
Year 2 pupils enjoyed a day trip to Hunstanton on Tuesday where they had lots of fun in the sunshine. They visited both the Sea Life Centre and Old Hunstanton Beach during the day’s adventures.
At the Sea Life Centre the children listened to a talk about different sea creatures and their natural environments. They were also delighted at the opportunity to hold some crabs and starfish. After an appetising ‘home cooked’ lunch at the Sea Life Centre, the children spent the afternoon enjoying the sun, sea and sand! They built some amazing sand castles and they were even able to paddle in the sea at Old Hunstanton Beach.
Lesley Purcell, Teacher at the Junior School said “At the end of the day we all enjoyed an ice cream and the children were very happy after their trip.”
