Super Hockey Skills Day at Stamford High School

 Crista Cullen hockey skillsThroughout this academic year, Stamford Endowed Schools will be hosting a number of coaching sessions in various sports, for local children to participate in. The first of these sessions is a ‘Super Hockey Skills’ development morning at Stamford High School on Saturday 20th October. Stamford Endowed Schools are inviting Y5 and Y6 pupils from across Stamford to join in for the day.

‘Super Hockey Skills’ is aimed at Y5 and Y6 pupils and it will commence at 9.30am in the pavilion at the Kettering Road AstroTurf. The players will be under the guidance of our First XI coaches, who both have First Class and representative experience in both playing and coaching, alongside some of our specialist junior coaches and members of the School First XI.

The development session will finish at 12.15 and children can be picked up from the dining hall following refreshments. All children will need to bring a tracksuit, rain jacket, full hockey kit, including a stick, shin pads and a gum shield as well as a bottle of water.
