Mrs P. White MSc (Ortho) Grad Dip (Phys), MCSP, AACP
Paula is the practice principle for Stamford Physiotherapy Clinic and has a Masters degree in orthopaedic medicine and a special interest in osteoarthritis. She has extensive experience in helping to rehabilitate both children and adults and has worked at the highest clinical level with local orthopaedic consultants to triage and advise patients and their GPs regarding their suitability for surgery, physiotherapy or podiatry. Paula has provided physiotherapy to a wide variety of clients ranging from ballet dancers to professional and elite athletes in the fields of rugby, cricket and swimming including participants in the Sydney Olympics.
Having worked in the NHS for over 20 years she understands the need for fast access to high quality, hands on care and demands the highest standards from her associates who work in all her physiotherapy clinics.
Miss J Bearne BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP
Jo is a keen gymnast, having competed at regional / national level as well as being a qualified coach (level 1). Since qualifying from Coventry University with an honours degree in Physiotherapy, Jo has developed a keen interest in treating sporting injuries working alongside gymnasts, footballers and rugby players as well as at events including the Endurance Life Coastal Series providing pre and post treatments to the runners. She also has a special interest in treating lower back and spinal injuries and has significant experience of treating patients with whiplash associated disorders.
In addition, Jo has experience of treating patients within the community who have suffered from Strokes and other Neurological conditions such as MS and Parkinson’s disease. She can provide tailored rehabilitation for those who require their treatment within the home environment once they have been discharged from hospital.
Miss E Harrison BA, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP
Beth is a highly qualified Physiotherapist who has gained a wide range of experience across all specialities of physiotherapy in both the private and public health sectors. She has developed interests in Modified Pilates for Physiotherapy and has a broad paediatric experience. She has a special interest in sports injuries at all levels and age groups and is a keen sportswoman herself, having played regional level hockey, running, cycling and horse-riding for many years.
She has had experience as team physiotherapist for club hockey. In addition Beth also has an interest in Women's Health, specifically antenatal and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions.
Miss S Latif BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP
In addition to being an experienced physiotherapist, Sarah also has an MSc in exercise physiology and has spent time working for the English Institute of Sports working closely with elite athletes in the field of research and has written numerous academic papers. She combines her NHS role with private physiotherapy and has a special interest in sports rehabilitation, working closely with local rugby and American Football Teams.
