 Becky Taylor

Stamford School Chapel

Becky Taylor, Year 13, studies violin at the Royal College of Music Junior College, and is already a very well-known player, having a great deal of success in regional competitions and playing regularly in pit orchestras locally. Her programme will include Kreisler’s Praeludium and Allegro.

Anna Little

SHS Hall

Anna is one of our senior music scholars who holds a Grade 8 distinction in both Clarinet and Voice. Here she will present a recital of songs, including King David by Herbert Howells.

Felix Suen
Friday 27th February - 1.30pm
Oswald Elliott Hall

Felix holds a diploma in piano and has achieved a Grade 8 on the trumpet. He has already received much acclaim for his performances in the A-level recitals last term and for his performance of Automne by Chaminade at the opening of the PAC.

Friday 6th March – 1.30pm
SHS Hall

This is the turn of the woodwind family, come along for a feast of music in flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and, possibly, a couple of recorders thrown in as well!

Friday 20th March – 1.30pm
SHS Hall

The piano is the focus of this concert, which promises high quality performances of a range of dramatic pieces. We currently have a number of excellent pianists and this should be a mesmerising concert.
