Three Peaks Charity Challenge

Yorkshire Three Peaks ChallengeSix Year 12 students from Stamford High School and Stamford School - Catherine Terry, Evie Parr, Beth McGarrick, Lauren Rigby, Luke Higgins and Ewan Fraser - will be doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on the 26th July 2011 in aid of Coppafeel.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes in the peaks of Pen-y-ghent (691m), Whernside (728m) and Ingleborough (723m), in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

The charity Coppafeel helps women realise that breast cancer can affect them at any age and it also raises awareness of what to check for. The team strongly believes in the importance of this cause and hope that people will support their fundraising efforts.
