More success for OS

Stamford School celebrated another international call up as Old Boy Louis Grimoldby received the news that he has been selected to represent England at U19 level. Louis captained Stamford School First XV in 2011 before going on to represent England Schools. He has since been playing with Harlequins alongside fulfilling his academic ambitions at Kingston University.

The news caps off a great month for Louis whose performances have drawn great acclaim from a number of sources. He has been awarded with a two year full time contract with the current Aviva Premiership Champions and has recently completed the deal with Harlequins Director of Rugby Conor O'Shea. Louis travels to Lyon on Friday to take on France on Saturday night.

Louis commented: "It's a great honour and what an exciting prospect taking on the French in their own back yard."

Head of Rugby at Stamford School David Laventure added; "It's another fantastic opportunity for Louis and great reward for all his hard work. It's great to see local lads from the School and the Rugby club go on to fulfil their potential. We all hope he has a cracker of a game!"
