- Circuit Class – Monday 7-8pm
Our Circuits class, is a multi station workout for all fitness levels set up with various exercise stations, you'll move around each station and work different muscle groups. The aim is to work hard and test your strength, core, cardio and agility for an all-round challenge.
- Metafit – Wednesday 7.30-8pm
- Metafit - Friday 7-7.30am
Metafit is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout, it is guaranteed to set the metabolism on fire. The aim of the workout is to work at your best effort for the class duration, suitable for all fitness levels.
- Strength & Conditioning – Saturday 8-9am
Our Strength & Conditioning workout leaves no body part untouched, a mixture of circuits and Metafit combined in a session that is guaranteed to move your fitness up to the next level, suitable for all fitness levels.

Course leader, Matthew Parkes, once served as an RAF medic and now dedicates his time to teaching martial arts classes to the local community. Introductory course offer and a Karate Suit for just £29.95. (January only)
